You can customize your cuts with a whole or half cow purchase!

1/4 Cow purchase gets standard cuts

1/4 Cow is around 120lbs of meat

1/2 Cow is around 240lbs of meat

Whole cow around 480lbs of meat

(this is based off 800lb hanging weight, actual amounts will vary on actual hanging weight)

Wheres the Beef?

At this time we do not ship. We are pick up only in North Georgia.

How are your animals raised?

Our animals at 3 Thorns Farm to Table are grass raised and grain finished, providing a healthy and sustainable approach to meat production. Grain used is non-gmo and locally sourced.

Do you offer USDA Inspected meat?

Yes, we offer USDA inspected meats

How does the Process Work?

You start with making a non-refundable deposit. We will send you a cut sheet so you can choose the cuts you want in applicable. Once the animal is delivered to the butcher the balance is due in full. Butcher usually takes a week on pork and two weeks on beef to process. Once it is ready you will be notified to pick up your order directly from the butcher's freezer.

How is the meat packaged?

The meat comes frozen , vacuum-sealed, and labeled with date, cut of meat, and weight.
